An excellent article, Carrie. There are simply no words for how horrific this whole bloody stupid situation is. Can NOT believe the US, which prides itself on being such a progressive country, could actually step back into the Dark Ages and undo such a significant step forward.

If that decision is handed down, I shudder to think of the repercussions in your country. Will you be subjected once again to bombs, riots, murders as pro-lifers and pro-choicers duke it out - again?? How many women and young girls will die or suffer permanent infertility and other problems from botched "kitchen abortions"?

Can't even stand to think about it...I'm so sorry for the insane and unnecessary angst that is being caused over there right now (for even more reasons than this one).
