An excellent story, Mawde! And such great examples of being willing to think outside the box and find another solution.

I worry about the little critters outside, too, during extremes of weather conditions. Was thinking about them yesterday when we had an unbelievable downpour plus strong winds (and loads of delicious booming thunder!).
