As much as I love Italy - and England - I'm happy enough to stay here now. Have had to revamp my dreams - still not sure what they are, but moving into my home last year as the 50th time I've moved in my life, and all I've ever really wanted is 'HOME' and 'ROOTS' and to feel settled.

I don't even feel like traveling anymore. That might change down the road, but it's been a challenging life with nothing but upheaval and turbulence and "overcoming" and finally now, I have a peaceful, quiet life. I've made a nice home for myself and I'm happy. It's the first time I've been able to simply enjoy my life and not have all kinds of family drama or fears and worries etc. hanging over me.

So I'm quite happy to settle in and enjoy it.

I sure hope you get to see Venice. I know you'll love it!!
