I agree completely about this. I was just talking about that this morning with a dear friend who's been going through some awful stuff, but she has been looking for the blessings and insights in it. Rather than focusing on how incredibly challenging and distressing it's been, she has chosen to see it as the universe giving her exactly what she needed so she could make some necessary changes in her life.

We were talking about how awful it is when we just focus on what's wrong. It makes life so freakin miserable!
