I didn't understand your question - don't know if I'm just not 'getting it' or if there's a typo, but you said "there is some ask to deal with" and I don't know what you mean?

Thank you for being so kind about my earlier sharing, and for your lovely comments regarding my telling these people that I'm upset etc. and it's not their fault.

What I was saying to you is that after reading your story, I was thinking that perhaps that's not enough for me to do. That I should still wait until I'm in the space that you describe - like waiting until I can have the conversation without an emotional charge that I even need to discuss at the beginning.

All I can say is that so far, when I do this it seems to go well. I just wonder if I can do better by going that one step further - and will aim for that.
