Awwww, Denée! What a wonderful story!! And when you were talking about all the types of people showing up in the middle of the night, it made me want to go there NOW!!!! (But, um, bit of a hike from up here in Western Canada!)

I've done the odd stint in a restaurant, a hotel dining room, an Italian restaurant - even a couple of pubs in England. It's always an eye-opening experience for so many reasons.
