Bullying wasn’t really a thing when I was a kid. I can’t remember any kids at school or in the neighborhoods where I lived that were bullies. Apart from one kid I don’t remember. I was very little and apparently he shoved my face into gravel and glass. I have a scar from it but was too young to remember.

But now…bullying is all too common. It’s common in workplaces too.

It’s a different world from the one it was when I was young. Deeply disturbing.

I think a lot of it has to do with things you and I have chatted about, eg entitlement, giving kids too much power. Etc.

Thank you for a thought-provoking read.
