Daniel, what a lovely story! This is the kind of connection that's missing in many businesses these days, especially with so many businesses and interactions happening online and being automated. I can't even just ring my bank anymore!!! Not even a central number, like they used to have. The automated voice tells you to use chat on the app!!! What if you don't have a smart phone?? Have to go to the bank and have mobility issues, like I've been having??
