I"m usually pretty quick about publishing, but it depends where you are in the world and whether you've submitted after I've just gone to bed. But it's definitely within hours or maybe within the first day. I suppose if the pub gets really big and has lots of submissions, that could change, but for now it's safe to say it's pretty fast and generally within the first 24 hours.

It helps when people remember things like making sure they share the work of at least one other writer, because if I have to write a note back and then wait for them to do it, that can delay things quite a bit, again depending on time zones and bedtimes!
