A note about subtitles, they should not be in title case, but just standard capitalising at the beginning.

As for titles - that one just takes some practice! Think of how you can entice without giving away too much. How can you pull out the essence of the story in a way that will arouse curiosity? Also, headline analyzers love "This is how to..." or just "how to" or "Why (blah blah) causes (x) to happen" or "Why I ____ (and got x result)" - or listicles - "3 ways to (whatever)" and add words like "now" or "right now" or "immediately." Use words that imply urgency, or dramatic results.

You can google / youtube info on how to write compelling headlines and they'll help you figure it out. It's not an essential element for me to accept articles (many of them have terrible headlines) but great headlines improve your reads, and therefore, your earnings. So it's up to you!
