Hi, Krista,
Thanks for your interest in writing for FLF.
It is helpful NOT to send drafts before being added; it gets messy for me re: communication and trying to remember where the draft link was left etc. so I can reply.
Best to mind the guidelines, ask to be added first, and once accepted, then submit drafts the correct way. I have three pubs and get hundreds of notifications and comments every day, and it's difficult to stay on top of things like when people share draft links etc in the comments.
With editing duties (I have no other editors - there's only me), and plenty of submissions in my pubs, plus the never-ending long list of notifications, it can take a while to get to submission requests and checking out people's profiles.
I do the best I can.
Anyway - I have read your story and thought your writing was lovely so I've happily added you. Feel free to submit your draft at your convenience.
Please note, as it says in the guidelines, there are no deadlines so you're welcome to tackle any of the published prompts.
Have fun! And welcome to our Pub Family!
