Hi, Kyle, apologies for a slow reply. Busy weekend!
Haha, love your awesome sauce comment!
As for what's next - how about reaching out to my lovely friend and homeopath, Simon. He's been in practice for nearly 30 years. You don't have to commit to an appointment, but could just connect for more info.
I'll give you his website below, and there is contact info - his email, plus a contact form.
If you're not ready for that step yet, we could have a conversation about what homeopathy is and how it works. It's way too much to try to properly explain it in a message to you. I'll be writing an article about it here one of these days; it's quite complex and takes ages to explain fully.
It's a highly individualised science - and art - and it drives homeopaths nuts that people can just walk into a shop and help themselves to remedies and take them in ways that can actually do them more harm than good. Same with herbs. Holy smoke, those things can be so dangerous! They are medicine!!!
In both cases, it's like walking into a pharmacy and going behind the counter and saying, oh, my friend takes this, I'll try it, or oh, look at these pretty blue ones! I'll try these!
Jeez, Louise.
Herbs can be helpful - yes - but they can be dangerous without education and knowledge - same with homeopathy!! It's extremely powerful medicine but needs to be properly and responsibly prescribed.
You can connect with Simon on his website (below) and I'm happy to answer more questions if you have any.
