It's really just about my inability to speak up throughout my life or to express myself (especially creatively) until an interesting conversation with a good friend that opened up a door that allowed me to do that, and in a way I couldn't have foreseen.

I'm sorry to hear that you "don't like where you're at" just now. The great news is that you're working toward changing that!!

You're right about changing within first and teaching it second. You're getting there, Markita. One step at a time :)
