I can sure relate to all you said, Sara. I used to cart around enormous boxes of keepsakes for many years with every move. The more kids I had, the more of their art and cutesy baby things and other stuff I had, and when I left a 3,000 sq ft home in a divorce and moved to a 1,000 sq ft home with four of my kids still at home, I had no choice but to become brutal about it. I simply had no room.

Moving back and forth across the pond a few times has made a difference, too. It's so expensive to ship everything.

So it's been a process, one that was kind of forced on me by circumstances but I'm glad for it. Otherwise I can't imagine how much 'stuff' I'd still have by now! I'm not exactly 20 anymore and a lifetime of collecting would have me buried in it!

Yeah, it was great to have that support. He's not doing readings anymore due to health reasons, but he is still a friend many years later.

Thanks so much for reading this and sharing your thoughts, Sara. I know you're a sensitive soul and can appreciate why it's hard to let go of sentimental things because I've gone through that struggle many times myself. 💜
