I can sure relate to this in many ways. We get so busy with kid stuff and life stuff - we're "in it" and it's harder to notice that time is passing and the children are changing and growing and so are we in our own ways.

You're such a wonderful mum, Sally. You've done a great job of raising your children and taking care of yourself and your home, and with some significant challenges at times.

Labels suck, as far as I'm concerned. Never mind this 5-letter "c-word" - and so what if you don't have the energy of 20-year-old? You are a youthful, vibrant woman who loves life and digs in and enjoys it wherever possible. You're busy and active, you're interested in many things, and you are interesting, too.

I could go on...to heck with the label. It doesn't change who you are or how you embrace life and all it has to offer 💜💜💜
