I can't imagine the person who gets this job is going to work any harder than the writers here who spend several hours every day, supporting this community - and supporting Medium because of it - and without "unlimited paid overtime" and all the other benefits.

We know we're not going to get rich doing this, but the previous meager earnings were sure better than pennies.
