I don't like that 5 a.m. millionaire nonsense either. I figure that whatever body clock works will help us be successful, get stuff done whatever time we wake up. We still have the same number of usable hours!

If I sleep for 6-7 hours from 10 or 11 pm onward, I am so tired all day. If I sleep 5-6 hours from 3, 4, 5, 6 a.m. onward, I do much better. I love being up at night - it's my best time to be productive - evenings/nights are great, love the dark and the quiet!
