I don't share your interest in these; in fact, I'm struggling to look at the photo because I can feel the gritty texture of the sugar between my teeth and my whole both is covered with wave after wave of goosebumps! Yuck!! I don't have that kind of sweet tooth either.

BUT I have my own cravings - salt and vinegar crisps being one although I limit myself to just one per day of those small bags that comes in a six-pack. And I can nibble. Never used to do this but in the last several years between boredom and depression and a LOT of loneliness, I found myself nibbling - might even be on relatively healthful things but I'm eating more calories than I need.

And it is so hard to stop! I like to think that because it's pretty much stuff that's good for me, it's okay - like nuts - but holy calorie-ness Batman.

Thanks for this. I do understand, just a different vice!
