I love this! Can so relate to it...one of my huge hurdles, along with the others you've listed, is men freak out when they hear I've been divorced six times. Can't blame them for raising and eyebrow, but it would be good if they'd let me explain the childhood beliefs that led me down that road - and the fact that I've done so much healing - and maybe get to know me before making a judgement and heading for the hills.
