I see two simple steps to make a difference. One is quite easy and should be a no-brainer. The other is a no-brainer but will never happen.

1) the thing I mentioned about all accounts having to be with Photo ID etc. Paid membership or not.

2) PAY CUTS AND LOSE SOME OF THOSE BENEFITS!
