I so love this! Love the way you compared July with the mid-point in the arc of life. I love that you took me on a beautiful journey of hope and growth, of warmth and summer, and reminded me that sadly, these, too, shall pass. Such vivid imagery throughout - as usual - your use of the English language is always like the sweetest music to me.

And your garden!! Oh, my, so pretty!! I would happily sit out there on a wet chair! That's what towels are for! Ohhh, I miss England so so so much!!
