I think it would be too painful for me to go back on holiday. It would just rip open this wound I'm already struggling to heal about having had to leave. It would just make me want to live there even more (if that's possible). The universe has made it clear - that's not where I'm meant to be. It took me ages to take the hint but it was time.

Canada is a magnificent country. So much more freedom here, and generally speaking, a lot more open and friendly. If you do come over here sometime, make sure you come to the west! A lot of people go to Toronto and stay in the Ontario area but people are very different out here and it's incredible with the magnificent Rocky Mountains here in Alberta, or further west, British Columbia and the Pacific Ocean.
