I thought dubbed was voice-over? But yeah, it bugs me! Same as if they have the captions, then I'm too busy reading to watch what's happening.

With dub/voice-over/whatever it is!! - I get so distracted by their lips not matching what they're saying, I don't pay attention to the words or film!!
