I understand, my friend. The thing about sticking with it for that length of time is that it gives you a chance to get out of your head. It's like meditation (unless you do it all the time and are super good at it and can drop quickly and easily into that deep state of relaxation and stillness of the mind). The first 5-10 minutes, you're just kind of settling in. By the time you get to 15-20, you're more relaxed and going deeper. After that, it just keeps deepening.

It takes time to slow the mind, to stay focused on the task at hand and keep letting go of distractions.

I'm certainly not meaning to push you into this, just offering it as something to try. You might not be great at it the first time, or even the second or third or whatever - but the important thing is to keep practicing to get out of your head and still your mind, connect with your heart while the distractions disappear, and this can help remove the block.

Not everything works for everyone, but I offer this as food for thought, in case it might be useful!

Thank you for your comments on Witchy's fun interviews. Not sure I will do those again in exactly that way (you would not believe how much time they took...especially when people replied with virtually no imagination and didn't really "play along"). But perhaps Witchy will make a contribution in each newsletter that asks one of those questions as an "invitation" (prompt, man I'm tired of that word!).

I rather like that idea and I appreciate you helping me get there! Thank you! I wouldn't have thought of it if not for your suggestion! Great idea! You're not so blocked after all!
