I’m glad I could say something useful! I’ve spent a lot of years mostly alone and have discovered how much I value my time and my energy. If I’m going to give up some of either of those, it needs to be worth it. Every tick of the clock means one second less I get in this life. All the remaining ones become more valuable. Therefore, I get pickier about what I do with them and who gets to share them. 💖
