There is no way anyone can begin to imagine what it's like for you to experience so much violence, so much death, and fear that seeps into every cell of your being while you have no choice but to ignore it and continue to put yourself into these situations that are well beyond terrifying.

I'm lost for words - no way to even begin to express my deep respect for you, and my compassion for how all of this must have affected you.
