It's always like a pinball machine on steroids in my head just because I'm very creative and curious, so it's a busy place up there unrelated to psychic / medium stuff.

Those 'other' thoughts / feelings / images etc. show up in different ways. Might be like a SLAM, could be more subtle. Somewhere in between. Depends what it is.
