It's easy to get caught up in the "shoulds" and expectations that we sometime assign to the word "Spirituality." I think it's important for us to remember that old saying about not being human beings having a spiritual experience, we're spiritual beings having a human experience.

We have to allow ourselves the grace to make mistakes, to be imperfect, to be that 'raging new mum' or whatever else feels out of alignment with that vision of The Perfect Spiritual Person. Hah! That person will never exist!

And that's beautiful. It's the imperfections that allow us the opportunity to keep growing and to share our messages about overcoming, and striving, and that it's okay to mess up, just gotta get back on that horse and ride again...
