It's very exciting indeed, and I appreciate your good luck wishes and your warm welcome back! Ugh, writer's block! Have you ever tried "morning pages"? Known by many names - this has helped me a lot when stuck!

Just pick a word or an object - e.g. once I chose pajamas! - and then you choose either a set amount of time (20 mins is a good start) or a number of pages, and then you start writing. Pen and paper, NOT computer. It helps unblock the flow of energy.

Just write write write about the word and do not stop. Not even if you can't think of anything. Just keep writing "I can't think of anything, I'm stuck, I don't know what to write" (or whatever) and finally, you will get going again.

The important thing is DO NOT STOP! This is how you get out of your head and into your heart/feelings. You access another part of yourself, your creative self, and it can get things moving again.

I used to do this every day for an hour, and oh, my, I did some of my best writing!! It was amazing what would sometimes just fall out of my pen!

I'm excited to have you "on board" and look forward to your submissions, whenever it fits for you. Good luck!
