I've had a lifetime of communicating with spirits - it was their idea when that whole thing started, not mine. Over the years, It evolved on its own and my abilities grew stronger. Eventually, I moved from Canada to England, and was living in a 500-year-old cottage that was inhabited by several ghosts, one of which was extremely active and playful. Even for people who couldn't see/sense her like I could, there were way too many creepy experiences that couldn't be explained in any other way.

It was terrifying when it started for me, though. My first experience was when I was 16. I dreamed about my two best friends letting me know they were dead. Woke up to find out it was true. It took years before I came to terms with this stuff.
