I had several anxiety disorders for a long time in my early adult life - and general anxiety and panic attacks that began in an abusive childhood. I had lots of panic attacks, and some less terrifying but really bad anxiety attacks. Had anorexia for 9 years, OCD, was agoraphobic and even developed an addiction to deal with all of those issues.

I was well into my 20s before I got rid of all of that and anxiety has not been a part of my life since then. No drugs, nothing weird, it started with an incredible little book that changed my view and understanding of anxiety and gave the simplest explanations of how to get through each of those moments.

It didn't take long, and it all began to subside.

And I can promise you, you'll feel much more alive without the anxiety, and you'll discover more of who you are.
