This message hit me especially hard because of today's date (won't share here) and it was like a 2 x 4 upside the head about a situation that still hurts and about which I can do nothing. If only others understood how bloody short life is. But some people in the world prefer to chew on their stubbornness and selfishness. They will also chew on a lot of regret forever if they don't pull their heads out of their backsides and realise that their loved ones won't always be here.

Thank you for a powerful reminder of that for those who need to see it.
