Mmmmm this sounds so good! I am vegan so couldn't use yogurt. I wonder if it would be good with oat yogurt, which is what I use but it does taste very oaty and slightly sweet (yum!). Thank you for sharing this - what a joy to read some of your delightful memories around this dish.
