My pleasure to mention you — love your writing and your messages. Some of the dark stuff hasn’t been published. Very short pieces or unfinished works, usually based on nightmares (I’ve had loads of those throughout my life — I guess because of such a lot of trauma but I swear Stephen King writes the damn things!).

I’ve written a series of novels that start off with the first one — Buried Secrets — being a sad story with a paranormal thread.

It’s about a family that comes apart after the death of the four-year-old daughter and…well, they all sort of go to their separate corners and deal with it badly. Except the 10-year-old boy who tries to be the glue that holds the others together — unsuccessfully.

He begins communicating with his sister in spirit, and that has its own challenges.

The second novel, Guilty Secrets, is a fair bit darker as the family is attempting to heal, but the paranormal thread grows, along with other dangerous repercussions from the first novel.

The third one, Deadly Secrets, is quite disturbing (according to readers).
