Oh, gosh, I love this story so much! Yes, we are blessed if we don't have to take our clothes to the proverbial river and pound on it with rocks. And yes, we are blessed to have ovens in our homes so we don't have to outside and find enough firewood and rub two sticks together to get a flam so we can cook a meal!

BUT - we still have a lot of work to do, not just for the laundry or for cooking etc. but our lives are much busier in other ways, too, with lots of demands on our time with jobs, families, and outside interests as well as all the housework, cleaning etc.
