I love this - love the many insights and that they can be applied to so many areas of life. What's extra fun is that dance was not your choice and look what happened when you allowed yourself to go with it!

That's such a terrific life lesson all by itself and then there are others in this piece. I'm an especially big fan of the power of words and how the word "can't" is so destructive. Whenever we use those negative, limiting words, they do not allow movement or new energy into our lives. We stay stuck right where we are.
