Oh noooo...I'm so, so sorry to hear what happened. I hope you don't beat yourself up with "what ifs". You couldn't have known...there were others in her world, too, there were places she could have called for help...

But I do understand how you feel. I've been in that "what if" place myself. At the end of the day, if a person really wants to do this, it'll be done, no matter how many loving or supportive people are there to help.
