Ohhh, Daniel! Thank you for your message! I was so worried that mine might upset you.

Being psychic means having the ability to tap into the energy of people, places etc. and pick up information about them or from them. Being a medium is sort of the same only stronger, as it means having the ability to connect with spirits - the energy of those who have returned to the spirit realm.

My first awareness of this was when I was a kid at school and dreamed that my two best friends had died. I couldn't shake the awful feeling when I woke up and was getting ready for school. I told my parents as soon as I went to the kitchen for breakfast. My dad then brought me the morning paper and showed me an article about the girls having died in accident. My parents had been waiting to tell me, but I told them first.

Since then, those abilities grew over the years. I did a lot of private readings to help people with various issues or to connect them with their loved ones in spirit.

I later did readings on stage, connecting audience members with loved ones in spirit. I also did "psychic phone-in" guest appearances on BBC every month for 5 years, where listeners could call in with questions.

Several years ago, my dearest friend's mother was in much the same condition as Gabrielle. She'd had strokes and couldn't speak, was in hospital and didn't have long to live. For two weeks, she kept giving me messages to pass on to her family. Some of them were apologies she wanted to share, or other loving words. Some of it was about needing her face wiped with a cool cloth, or being turned over etc.

I've heard many things from spirits over the years - ones who have returned to the spirit realm, others who are in transition, like your beloved Gabrielle. They always say that when they're in the place where Gabrielle is now, they're "in between" so they aren't suffering, even if it looks like the physical body is.

They're always aware of who is there and who isn't, and they choose the time they'll leave and who will be with them when they go. They wait for people to either be there - or not - and then they leave. So don't stress about making sure you're there, and neglecting your own care and needs in the process. Gabrielle's spirit will choose the right time.
