Ohhh yes!! They really are! The first time I was aware of this ability, I was a kid in the Dark Ages when no one was talking about this sort of thing. It was terrifying. I dreamed that my two best friends were dead. Woke up, couldn't shake the feeling while getting ready for school. Went to the kitchen for breakfast and told my parents as soon as I sat down. Without a word, my dad went to the living room, got the morning paper and showed me an article. The girls were dead (car accident with their family) and my parents had been waiting for me to come to breakfast so they could tell me.

This evolved over the years and it was really scary when I had no information about it but eventually that changed, and I got used to it as my abilities evolved.

The point is - yes, I absolutely KNOW our loved ones are still with us and it brings me comfort. Also nice to know we do still know what our loved ones are doing even after we leave this earth.
