Ohhhh, Brenda! I am so so so so sorry to hear all this sad news! You've been on my mind a lot especially in the past few days. I'm gutted for you about losing Kiki (she is so precious!!) and I'm shocked to hear what happened with your sister!! And how extra sad it is because of your other sisters, too. And here I've been wondering what you and your sister and her friends are doing, and what kind of fun you're having, thinking you've been having a lovely time. I've been so looking forward to hearing all about it - and sure didn't expect this. How distressing for you!!!

I'm so glad you stood up for yourself and that you love yourself enough not to tolerate this behaviour from others.

I can sure relate to that...and I was always the black sheep, too, the one speaking up to my abusive family but of course, they never heard me. It was rocky, at best, and I cut them out completely for years at different times.
