OMG! Susan, this was hilarious! I'm so sorry - I'm sure it was so NOT hilarious to live it, but wow, you can sure tell a great story! Please forgive me for laughing at your smelly miseries!

It was like watching a sitcom where you see a bad situation going from worse - to even worse - to still worse again! I do hope the smell has subsided - or will soon. And I know about those Santa Ana winds - our Alberta version is the Chinook winds and holy smoke, they'll blow the bark right off the trees!
