Perfect!!! Yep yep yep! I used to struggle with anxiety and other issues and discovered that breathing slowly and intentionally (etc.) makes a massive difference.
I also went from never being able to meditate for years, to figuring out how to make it simple, and ended up not only teaching mindfuless and meditation classes, but writing a freakin' award-winning book on meditation. Go figure.
So yeah, I totally get all you said here. A fab article! Thank you for sharing!
