Such fun! When I moved from Canada to England, I realised that I hadn't been speaking English all my life. I'd been speaking Canadian. I put my foot in it a few times, e.g. saying I had a lot of spunk...🤭 It took quite a while to settle in and not end up embarrassing myself! And I've never heard "Fetch" in the 20 years since I first moved to England, except on the very rare occasion someone or a lovely dress or something was called 'fetching.' Thanks for a fun read!
