Thank you, Derek. I felt bad saying anything because I appreciated what your intention was. That's why I thought maybe I was being too sensitive and should sit with it for a while before responding to my instant reaction. But two of my biggest lessons in this life have been about listening to that little voice inside, and learning to speak up when something bothered me. I can't be encouraging others to do these things if I'm going to go backward and not do them myself.

Thank you for being so kind about it.

I'm really sorry for all the suffering your family has experienced - and is still experiencing. All we can do is trust that these things help our spiritual growth or that at least by sharing our experiences and insights after getting through them, we can make the journey easier for others.
