Thank you for this. Exercise is so great for mental and emotional health. Sadly, I'm not able to exercise right now - not as I'd like to do. For 10 months I've been recovering from an injury to my leg and I'm still learning how to walk again. I've come a long way, but still have a way to go. I'm glad I can at least now hobble around a little bit with a cane, which is huge progress from where I was. Great article, thank you!
