Thank you for this beautiful piece, Esther. I agree with you 100%. And I used to struggle with that succeed/fail thing - could only stand to get an "A" - could not cope with A- (A+ was not an option where I was at school, or that would have been my standard!). If it wasn't an "A" it was a fail, in my view. Yikes. I cringe at the thought now!
