Thank you for your submission, Wayne. Good habits are so, so important - and so are bad ones, but not in a good way! They are important in derailing us - not a good outcome.
I appreciate the great quotes and insights you shared here, although early to bed and early to rise makes me utterly miserable and unproductive. I can function much better and feel energised and much more productive on 5-6 hrs of sleep if I go to bed at 5, 6, or 7 a.m. than if I get 7-8 hours and go to sleep at 11 pm or midnight.
Everyone has a different constitution and some of us function much better in the world when we allow ourselves to live to our body's clocks!
