Thank you Irene, You are so right. I probably should have addressed that. Perhaps another article...! I know it's not easy to speak up if it's not your natural inclination. That used to be me - for a long time.

I suppose we all have our challenges. It's not always easy to stretch ourselves to overcome them. When we're able to do it, though, life opens up because we've expanded, too :)
