Thank you, Sharon! You’ve already inspired me. I bought a beautiful journal recently (yay Amazon, as I can’t get out to shop!) and wasn’t sure what I’d do with it. Yesterday I decided to use it for focus and accountability - or just plain mindfulness!!! - in what I eat, drink, in my activity level etc.
Along with walking (hobbling?!) around my home, as of yesterday every time I go to get up out of my chair, I sit back down and get up again five times. This will help with my injury and a bit of extra mobility.
Got a kettlebell and resistance bands. (Again, yay Amazon!) Can’t believe how out of shape I am. But feeling inspired to find ways to fix that while being confined to my small home.
