Not sure who you're asking about, as the Food Bank hamper was thanks to one of the two policemen (and all the people who donate food, money, time etc. to the cause so there's something to give people in need).

If you mean who might have said something where I live, no idea. Might have just been the office ladies guessing, as they knew I was a single mum, student, having a hard time financially.
